- Modern Essentials is committed to providing quality products to our customers and we will process a return / refund for the following reasons:
- If the product is defective / damaged at the time of delivery
- If the product delivered is different from the item ordered
- All items to be returned within 14 days only upon request by the company, in its original condition, with full packaging, materials, and tags; otherwise we shall have the discretion to reject your claim.
- All personal care products cannot be returned once opened. The seal must not be tampered with or broken in any way. Once goods are opened and seal is broken, they are considered sold.
- All products may be exchanged only once if they are found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery or if it is a different product.
- All costs and expenses arising from the return of the item and delivery of the replacement thereof shall be borne by Modern Essentials entirely. Refund of payment which is the price paid at the time of ordering shall be made in such manner as we shall determine at our sole and absolute discretion.
- For electrical appliances, warranty varies according to model and manufacturer.
How Can I Return My Purchase?
- If you discover an external defect or damage upon delivery, kindly fill up the form with all the supporting evidents and your invoice number to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. To get to the form, click "Returns" found under the Customer Service section. We will get back to you to arrange for return or full refund after careful evaluation.
- Please allow 14 working days from the date you submit the Returns request for your inquiry to be processed.
- To make the process run smoother and faster do submit with picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details as stated in the form.
- Modern Essentials reserves the right of final decision whether the product in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
- We recommend using a reliable courier service to prevent lost parcels or damage.
- If the product is found to be defective or if it was not the colour or type that you had ordered, we will bear the full delivery costs and replace the item as per your order.
- In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order, please also lodge a report by filling up the form to get an RMA number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
